Born in the U.S. and raised in both the U.S. and Japan, he pursued International Business & Marketing at De Montfort University in the UK. His entrepreneurial journey began as a business consultant for SMBs, eventually leading to the launch of his own business in his early 20s. Reflecting on how he could maximize his contribution to society, he discovered the niche of headhunting specializing in foreign IT & Consulting companies, a path he embraced without hesitation.
With over two decades of experience as a headhunter in the IT and Consulting sectors, he has consistently achieved top performance and received numerous awards as both an agent and a leader. After successfully serving as the inaugural Japan Country Manager for a global recruitment firm's Japan operations, he recently established Beasley & Associates K.K

Dana's journey from international law to talent acquisition has given her a distinctive edge in the Japanese IT market. With over a decade of experience in financial and corporate law, she's developed a methodical approach to due diligence, market analysis, and strategic problem-solving. Today, Dana applies these skills to help tech companies find and secure exceptional talent.
Fluent in English, Japanese, and Vietnamese, allows her to provide comprehensive research and insights, ensuring her clients have a clear understanding of the talent landscape before making their most important hiring decisions.
