Personal Information Protection Policy

Beasley & Associates ’s goal is to provide the highest level of service in accordance with our core values. We treat the protection of our customers’ personal information as a matter of utmost importance. Our privacy policy is upheld vigilantly as outlined below.

Beasley & Associates will:

  • Specify the purpose of use of personal information collected wherever possible.

  • Gather personal information only by appropriate methods following all regulations, government policies and all other rules regarding the handling of personal information.

  • Take all necessary security management precautions in order to prevent and/or correct any leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

  • Respond to any complaints or inquiries regarding personal information in a timely, and appropriate manner.

  • Continuously review its personal information management system in accordance with changes to the company environment.


Beasley & Associates will not:

  • Use personal information for any purpose other than the specified purpose of use, and only with the consent of the customer concerned

  • Share personal information with a third party without obtaining consent, except when required by law

Treatment of Personal Information

Purpose of use

Beasley & Associates will gather and use personal information to provide recruitment services (introduction of roles, provision to clients, management of roles, correspondence of procedure with related regulations) and other actions related to these stated purposes. Should Beasley & Associates outsource any part or all of the business to a third party, it will enter into appropriate contracts and monitor all actions of the third party.

Beasley & Associates uses personal information for the following purposes:

  • Appropriate recruitment and worker dispatched labor/outsourcing services for job seekers and services particularly in the areas of IT, recruitment and administrative processes (collectively called "Our Services"), where the Company performs candidate registration and job matching, and provides recruitment information to job seekers and relevant information to companies seeking workers.

  • Any service related to Our Services including: questionnaires on opinions and feedback to improve Our Services; notices about information of seminars, events, campaigns and Our Services; statistical processing of profiles of registrants to analyze and understand market trends; provision of appropriate responses to inquiries, complaints and consultations; work related to ensuring the secure traceability of the transfer of personal information with third parties; and other related services.

  • Recruitment and employment management operations for the employees of the Company. If any personal information is to be used outside the scope of the above purposes, then the Company shall notify you in writing or by any alternative means, and proceed such use only after obtaining your consent. The collected personal information will not be disclosed or provided to companies seeking workers or any third party without your consent. However, the personal information may be provided without the individual's prior consent in the following circumstances.

  1. If the disclosure is necessary for the protection of your life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent thereto;

  2. If the disclosure is especially necessary for the protection for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent thereto;

  3. If the disclosure is necessary for cooperating with a state body, a local government, or those who are entrusted by such organizations in performing the services prescribed by laws and regulations and obtaining your consent is likely to impede the performance of such services;

  4. If the disclosure is requested by the court, public prosecutor's office, police, bar association, Consumer Information Center, or other organization which has an equivalent authority of such organizations;

  5. If the disclosure is permitted under applicable laws and regulations.


Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

Beasley & Associates will not share any personal information to a third party without consent, except in the following cases where personal information may be disclosed without your consent within the scope of relevant laws and regulations.

  • When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property; and there are difficulties in obtaining consent.

  • When necessary for the improvement of public health or promoting the sound development of children; and there are difficulties in obtaining consent.

  • When it is necessary to cooperate in carrying out the affairs prescribed by the laws and regulations of a national institution or a local public entity or a person receiving consignment thereof; and the process of obtaining consent risks interference with due process.


Shared Use

Beasley & Associates may share the following personal information by the following methods to achieve the purposes outlined above.

Items: name, address, phone number, email address, information contained within resumes, information contained within business cards.

Methods: Oral consultation by interview and/or phone, exchange of business cards, acquisition of electronic data by email and/or website, paper documents such as resumes.

Procedures for Disclosing Personal Information

For complaints and inquiries to Beasley & Associates, point of contact shall notify and disclose the purpose of use, correct, add or delete contents, suspend or eliminate, and prohibit the sharing of information with a third party by request from the Principal and Agent.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Beasley & Associates reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy without obtaining prior consent from you when any amendment, change, addition or clarification is deemed necessary. In such an event, you will be notified by the Company of the changes through postings on its website and/or through other appropriate means.

By using Our Services after such changes have been notified by such means, you are deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Privacy Policy.
